Seems they sold it for around 150$.But now it is non-available in all the major retailers and there are really no second hand ones to buy (on ebay and so on) and the very few there are ask redicoulus prices (like 800$). Let me help with information on the Nuka-Cola Machine slowdown bug. As gofftiddums mentioned, it appears to be a mesh issue. I poked around online and found Ojo Bueno Nuka-Cola 2K Lite Meshes PyFFI Optimised.7z. Put these in, issue immediately fixed. Same result when I first outright deleted the offending machine.

I made this due to popular request on my other mod that replaces the Nuka-Cola vending machines with one inspired by the Fallout 4 announcement trailer (which is smaller).
